Design Strategy & Consulting
Using a human-centered design approach to promote a holistic understanding of KYFS, and improve staff, donor, and clients’ ability to fully navigate its programs and services.
Strategy, Branding, Web & Digital
Background
The main challenge was to address the compartmentalized messaging and fragmented understanding of the organization. After a rather extensive research process led to distilling key insights into three distinct themes: brand identity, external communications, and internal integration.
The final deliverables directly addressed these themes, which included a comprehensive brand and communications guide, storytelling/resource hub, website audit, and KYFS ambassador toolkit.
A communications strategy plan helps KYFS leadership to better target their outreach efforts.
A set of brand guidelines to align KYFS’s materials form multiple programs.
A webpage to illustrate ways the design guidelines can be achieved and to act as a hub of resources KYFS advocates.
